Rubens® brand (USPP #14177)(Civni Cultivar) is an apple with a happy red blush,
with characteristic dark stripes and a yellow
ground colour. The form of Rubens® is conical and exudes power. It is of noble birth: its father is Elstar, its mother Gala. Rubens® gets its crisp, fresh aroma from its dad, while the pleasant sweet taste comes from its mom's side of the family.
