Cross between Macoun and Honeygold. Moderately vigorous with a spreading
growth habit. The well balanced, sub-acid flavor combine with a crisp,
juicy texture to make a very enjoyable eating experience. Matures about
one week after McIntosh.
Long storageability. Thin heavily as overcropping can affect flavor and
fruit quality. Blooms early to mid-season and is a good pollinator.
Moderate susceptibility to Fireblight. Supplemental applications of
calcium may be useful in preventing bitter pit
